These are the terms and conditions for participation in the “Diamonds Freeroll” promotion (“Promotion”), which is operated by (“PokerPlanets”), the operator of this website, client program with graphical user interface and mobile application (“Website”). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple Accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. The Promotion starts on March 2, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC+3) and ends on March 8, 2026 at 20:00 (UTC+3) (“Promotion Period”). The “Diamonds Freeroll” tournament starts on March 8, 2026 at 20:00 (UTC+3).
9. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all PokerPlanets players.
10. To participate in the Promotion, a player must fulfil one or more of the following conditions during the Promotion Period to receive up to 4 tickets to the “Diamonds Freeroll” tournament:
    - $10 in rake generated in poker cash games during the Promotion Period — 1 ticket to "Diamonds Freeroll";
    - $10 in rake generated in MTT tournaments during the Promotion Period — 1 ticket to "Diamonds Freeroll";
    - deposit of exactly $20 during the Promotion Period — 1 ticket to "Diamonds Freeroll";
    - deposit of exactly $50 during the Promotion Period — 1 ticket to "Diamonds Freeroll".
11. Each condition may be fulfilled only once per player. A maximum of 4 tickets per player may be received in total. Subsequent rake or deposits do not entitle the player to additional tickets.
12. Tickets are credited automatically upon fulfilment of the qualifying condition. No additional action is required from the player — automatic registration in the tournament occurs upon receipt of each ticket.
13. Tickets are valid until March 8, 2026 at 20:00 (UTC+3).
14. Verified female players who log in to the Website during the Promotion Period will additionally receive 1 ticket automatically. Unverified female players may complete verification during the Promotion Period to receive 1 ticket automatically.
15. The “Diamonds Freeroll” tournament has a guaranteed prize pool of $2,500. The tournament format is Freeroll, multi-entry (registration by ticket with auto-registration).
16. An additional "Last Longer" contest is held among verified female participants of the “Diamonds Freeroll” tournament. Within the “Last Longer” contest, three verified female participants who achieve the best results among all verified female participants in the “Diamond Freeroll” tournament will be determined.
    The special prizes are distributed as follows:
    - 1st place: Dyson Airwrap HS08 + right to use the Marilyn Monroe avatar with a gold frame.
    - 2nd–3rd place: $165 buy-in to the Ladies Event at RPC Sochi (TV broadcast on March 25) + right to use the Marilyn Monroe avatar with a gold frame.
17. The physical prize will be sent to the Promotion winner by post. The PokerPlanets support team will contact the prize winner within 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the respective tournament. The prize will be dispatched to the winner within 45 (forty-five) days after the end of the Promotion.
    At PokerPlanets’ discretion and/or in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond PokerPlanets’ control, PokerPlanets reserves the right to offer the prize winner a cash prize of 500 (five hundred) US Dollars credited to the winner’s PokerPlanets account in lieu of the Dyson Airwrap HS08.
18. In the event that the Promotion prize winner is unable to participate in the Ladies Event RPC Sochi tournament, the prize equivalent to the buy-in of 165 (one hundred and sixty-five) US Dollars will be converted into Tournament Dollars in the amount of $T165 and credited to the prize winner’s PokerPlanets account.
19. The company organizing the first stage of the Ladies Event RPC Sochi may require the prize winner to comply with additional rules and conditions, which must also be fulfilled by the winner. In such case, PokerPlanets shall not be liable for the winner's failure to comply with such rules and conditions.
20. Prizes under the Promotion are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Only the player whose details are registered in the Account may use the prize or any part thereof.
21. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team.
22. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
23. Participation in the Promotion and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets' sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time.
24. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
25. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
